Survey´s Results

We made a survey about education projects to eradicate poverty, this are the results

Our suvey was applicated to 15 people. According to figure 1, 1 person was 17 years old, 6 were 18 years, 3 were 19 years , 4 were 20 years and 1 was 24 years. The results shows that the majority of the surveyed have 18 to 20 years old.

In Figure 2, which is related to the importance of education in the poverty eradication work, shows that the 93.3% of the surveyed consider important the education´s role in this topic because they think that education is the base of an equal society (in many aspects).

In Figure 3 we can see that the majority of the people surveyed knows at least one organization that work to eradicate poverty. Also, the Figure 3 shows that the organizations best known by the population are the ONU and the UNICEF, while a little percentage of the population knows some organizations like Educate Girls and Gol por México. All of this can suggest that people knwos only the most sounded organizations and maybe for a work different from poverty eradication.

The Figure 4 shows us that although people know organizations that are responsible for eradicating poverty, 73.3% of respondents do not make donations or do not provide some help to the cause of these organizations. So it is important to teach the people about this kind of support programms to help that organizations with their job.

In this case, Figure 5 shows that the 73.3% of surveyed people doesn’t know any project in which education is a important factor in eradicating poverty, and this can be possible because not all the population has the same point of view about the education’s role in this topic and so, there no exist enough projects which takes education as a important factor to eradicate poverty.
